accusations of targeting schools

needs to be translated and added to several places on English Wikipedia, and probably other western languages.

I've seen that crazy document mentioned several times and it makes no sense being Saturday etc. But I've not been able to find source to back it up and "this doesn't sound credible" wasn't enough without sources.

But here you seek to have sources? I'll try to find the parts of other wiki's that mention that and come back to link them.
