"As pessôas excessivamente gordas podem ser consideradas fóra não das de Hygiéa, a festejada rainha da medicina na Mitologia grega, como do codigo moderno do Belo aplicado à Arte. E a advertencia constante, a respeito desta má situação, se faz sentir nas ruas, no auto-onibus, nas praias de banho, por toda parte, enfim, às vitimas de olhares indiscretos, ironicos, e até de comentarios mordazes dos que se divertem com os males alheios. A gordura morbida acarreta ainda disturbios graves em todas as funções importantes do organismo: a respiração, a circulação, o regime de trocas organicas, etc., ficam seriamente comprometidos. Valha, porêm, a atividade frutuosa da Ciencia que apresenta aos martires da adiposidade, o generoso Leanogin, composto de estratos glandulares, essencias de algas marinhas e de vegetais terrestres, que exerce ação eficiente na extinção da gordura patologica e normaliza a distribuição equitativa dos tecidos gordurosos.
Distribue-se literatura elucidativa e vende-se este produto nas principais drogarias.
Saibam quantos se encontram sob o infortunio da gordura, que Leanogin dá ao corpo, permanentemente, saude, graça e beleza."

  • Article 45: In addition to the works in respect of which the protection of the economic rights has expired, the following shall pass into the public domain:
    • I. the works of authors deceased without heir;
    • II. the works of unknown authors, subject to the legal protection of ethnic and traditional lore.
  • Article 96: The term of protection of neighboring rights shall be 70 years from the first of January of the year following fixation for phonograms, transmission for the broadcasts of broadcasting organizations and public performance in other cases.  انتبه إلى أن قلةً من البلدان لديها بنودٌ لحقوق التَّأليف والنشر تمتد لمدةٍ أطول من 70 عام: هذه المُدّة هي 100 عام في المكسيك و95 عام في جامايكا و80 عام في كولومبيا و75 عام في غواتيمالا وساموا. ولذلك فإنَّ هذه الصُّورة قد لا تكون في النَّطاق العامّ في هذه البلدان، بالإضافة لكون حكم الفترة الأقصر غيرَ نافذٍ فيها. لدى ساحل العاج بندٌ عام لحقوق التَّأليف والنَّشر يمتدُّ حتَّى 99 عاماً وهو 75 عاماً في هندوراس، ولكن حكم الفترة الأقصر نافذٌ هناك. قد تشمل حقوق التَّأليف والنشر الأعمال المُنجزة من قبل فرنسيين توفوا في فرنسا خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية (للمزيد أنظر هنا)، أو روس خدموا في الجبهة الشرقية في الحرب العالمية الثانية (المعروفة باسم الحرب الوطنية العظمى في روسيا) وضحايا عمليات إعادة التأهيل في عمليات القمع في الاتحاد السوفياتي (للمزيد أنظر هنا).
