Plastic and Comic Artist Member of The Union of Fine Artists in Born in 1982 The Artist Amer Moghrabi grew up in the studio of his father, and his debut started from his childhood, familiarizing himself about colors and drawing human faces, starting with watercolors. Then he turned to Oil painting. He became professional in drawing large size movie stars' portraits. The Artist Amer Moghrabi underwent a special deep artistic study to different kinds of Art. In 1998, he studied art in ADHAM ISMAEL Government Institute of the Arts. With the rise of Animation Art Industry in The Middle East, especially in , The Artist Amer Moghrabi started his career, making Cartoons professionally for (( STAR ANIMATION )), an art production company, considered one of the largest and most important Animation Company in the middle east. He started working there as an animator for the characters. With the emergence of his artistic possibilities, he became Supervising animator, according to traditional hand-drawn Animation style. He contributed to many short films and cartoon series ( BAH YA BAH ), "The burden of Proud" film, in which he animated the female seagull character, along with animating some other characters in the educational series (THE ARABIC SINBAD). Then he turned to drawing Storyboards for many projects, in addition to being the designer of primary characters and atmosphere for many important projects in STAR ANIMATION between 2005 –2008 He directed a cartoon, using fixed graphics style titled ((ALSERAJ ALMONEER)), narrating the biography of the prophet Mohammad, showed in 2007 on ALRESALA channel, and he was the designer, supervisor and director for the entire project. In conjunction with his career for STAR ANIMATION, he worked for The Syrian Magazine ((NAYLOUVRE)) since its inception, and presented Comics that won the admiration of the audience, especially the emerging ones. He won an international award from Japan for his work called "GAME OF THE STRONG". And also designed the title character for FARES ALGAD Magazine ((FARES)) in 2007, in addition to presenting the coolest Comic stories and illustrations for this magazine, through international stories, such as SPARTACUS, MOBBY DICK, ATTILA THE HUN, FAHRENHEIT, CONQUEST OF ANDALUSIA, SEA MONSTERS and other Masterpieces of World Literature, that the artist Amer Moghrabi presented with his own vision, using comic style, in addition to presenting an individual exhibition for comics in The University of Kalamon. In 2010, The artist Amer Moghrabi worked as an art director and a storyboard artist for a TV cartoon series called (TAYSH EAAL) for THE EYES OF THE MEDIA COMPANY, which was showed on MBC in 2012. In 2011, The Artist Amer Moghrabi worked with the American Comics Company (Blue Water), and presented some international style comic books, such as: Misadventures of Adam West volume 2 issue #2 FAME: Alex Rodriguez Quest for Tomorrow #2 Quest for Tomorrow #3 Quest for Tomorrow #4 He also worked on drawing a painting within a book, published by The UN in 2016, and participated in an exhibition, supervised by The United Nations Organization. Awards: In 2008, Japan announced the application for The International Manga Award, through its embassies around the world. There was a large participation from Syria, other Arab Countries and around the world, where comic artists presented their work through the Japanese embassy in Damascus. The Artist Amer Moghrabi presented his comic story (GAME OF THE STRONG) to the Manga Competition and won the Worldwide Bronze Award, and classified as the first winner in the Middle East and other Arab countries of such an award, and considered the first comic artist to win an award this level from Japan. The number of participants was 368 artists of 46 countries and regions around the world. In addition to his work in Animation and Comics, The artist Amer Moghrabi is a lover of Painting and Plastic Art and has a unique experience in them along with Oil Painting and he participated in exhibitions held in Germany and Canada.
